This year will mark the 52nd anniversary of the Gaither-James Family Reunions.
We are pleased to again host the Reunion in the historic city of Savannah, Georgia!
Savannah is a city filled with great historic significance and numerous cultural and
entertainment attractions.
Hotel accommodations for the Gaither-James Family Reunion have been arranged
at the Hilton Garden Inn Savannah-Midtown Hotel. The Hilton Garden Inn
Savannah Midtown is minutes away from Savannah’s tourist hub in the heart of its historic

As is customary, there is a special discounted hotel room rate for the Reunion weekend.
The special group rate is $139 per night plus tax for rooms with a King bed on Thursday,
July 2 through Sunday, July 5 with a cut-off date of Saturday, June 20 to secure that rate for your
room(s). The discounted room rate is ONLY for a King Bedroom.

Friday, July 3rd - Reunion Welcome Reception- Hospitality Room • 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Saturday, July 4th – Open for your enjoyment (Beach, Tours, etc.) If you are interested in the African-American History Tour, please let us know and we can make arrangements.
Saturday, July 4th - Family Banquet
Sunday, July 5th - Family Cookout – Daffin Park

The selection of Savannah, Georgia as the reunion destination of choice to host this year's reunion was made by our Family's National Board of Directors in an effort to select a desirable destination that would appeal to family members of all ages. Please submit your Registration Form and Payment by deadline of Tuesday, June 23.

UNABLE TO ATTEND THE 2026 REUNION IN SAVANNAH?
PLEASE SUPPORT OUR FAMILY REUNION WITH YOUR FAMILY DUES
Even if you are unable to attend this year’s Family Reunion, we ask that you submit
your Family Dues of $10 per person (starting at age 5 & up). Your dues help to cover our
expenses for each reunion. These funds should be forwarded along with your registration.
